Our leadership team is made up of three Managing Partners who are active in growing the business, managing clients, building partnerships and delivering projects. With nearly 100 years of Biotech consulting, management, training and global industry expertise between them, they know what it takes to accelerate products to market. Together, they form Greyrigge's leadership team with Samantha Dowse and Lee Smith based in the UK, and Andrew M Thomson leading the APAC business from Japan.
They share a vision of delivering high-impact, science-driven consultancy to the biopharmaceutical industry. Each have run successful businesses alone, but have combined to bring their leadership and industry experience together under one company, with a global offering. Our clients are often global, but with local offices and teams. It is this level of partnership that we offer.
Our UK office is approx. 30 mins from central London.
Our US office, founded in 2023, is in Cambridge, MA.
Our APAC partnership was formed in 2024, with an office in Kobe, Japan.
