CMO Management

Often development and/or manufacturing activities need to be outsourced to third-party CMOs because of in-house scheduling & capacity bottlenecks or simply due to lack of capability, especially for cGMP related tasks.  GRA can provide help to identify CMOs, initiate contracts and manage CMO’s.  GRA has many years of experience managing CMO’s for both process and analytical development and technical transfer.  GRA can provide full or partial project management of CMO’s to ensure timely delivery of the project objectives.  At GRA we believe that frequent communication and regular face-to-face meetings are key to successful partnerships ensuring that costs are clear and remain within scope and that projects milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
